Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
1. Agreement
By requesting a quote or booking a pickup with Dexter Way Junk Removal, you agree to these terms. We provide junk removal and light hauling services across Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
2. Pricing
We price every job by how much space your load takes up on our box truck, not by the hour or by the item. All jobs start at a $120 minimum. A free quote is provided before any work begins, and no work begins without your approval.
3. Services
Services include appliance removal, clean-outs, yard debris removal, furniture removal, mattress removal, garbage removal, and light demolition and tear-downs such as sheds and decks. We are not a moving company and do not perform full-scale structural demolition.
4. Scheduling
We are open 24/7 by quote. Same day pick up is often available but is not guaranteed. Arrival windows are 2-hour estimates; traffic and prior jobs may affect exact timing.
5. Acceptable Items
We reserve the right to refuse items we cannot legally or safely haul, including hazardous materials. We recycle and donate usable items where possible.
6. Liability
We carry insurance and take care on every job, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage or for items not clearly identified for removal.
